Dining Experience Guidelines

To provide the best possible experience for all guests, The Knife offers two distinct dining formats: our All-Inclusive Parrilla Experience and our VIP À La Carte Menu.
- VIP Menu Experience:

The VIP Menu is available throughout the restaurant and may be enjoyed in any seating area. However, it is primarily designed for our VIP spaces — San Telmo and Recoleta, which are exclusively reserved for guests ordering from the VIP à la carte menu.
- All-Inclusive Experience:

Our traditional All-Inclusive parrilla experience is available exclusively in the Dining Room and Terraza Bar areas and is not offered within the VIP sections.
- One Experience Per Table:

To ensure smooth service and consistency, both dining concepts cannot be combined at the same table. All guests seated together must participate in the same dining experience — either All-Inclusive or VIP Menu.
We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to deliver the quality, timing, and service each experience is designed to offer.

- Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
- Your well-being matters to us. Some of our items may contain ingredients that can cause allergies or intolerances (such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and others). If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know before ordering and we’ll be happy to assist you.

- To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, dining time is limited to a maximum of 2.5 hours per table.

- For safety and hygiene, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when serving themselves at the salad bar or grill.

- Food and beverages are to be enjoyed exclusively within the restaurant premises.

- Guests wishing to bring their own wine or spirits are welcome; a corkage fee will apply.
- Due to the nature of our service, certain items may occasionally become unavailable once they have been fully served. Availability is subject to demand.
- We do not recommend consuming meat cooked rare or undercooked. Any request for very rare meat is made at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.
- We do not limit the quantity of food served. Guests may enjoy as much as they wish; however, we kindly ask that you serve only what you intend to consume, in order to avoid food waste.
- For children, pricing is determined based on height measurements to ensure they are charged within the appropriate pricing category.
